Chiropractic manipulation
We can restore natural mobility in spinal misalignments with manual or instrument assisted adjustments and other therapies, allowing your body to operate better for daily tasks. Chiropractic manipulation helps to decrease pain and discomfort and increase joint motion.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a type of physical treatment that helps to relieve muscular discomfort. As musculoskeletal specialists, our mission is to help you regain normal muscle and joint function. To reduce discomfort and restore function, the dry needling technique is utilized in conjunction with a full examination that complements other therapy options.

Cupping
Cupping is used to raise the skin, tissue, and muscles upward, decreasing pain while increasing flexibility and range of motion.

Soft tissue Manipulation
Soft tissue manipulation is another technique used that presses downward on the skin, soft tissue, decreasing pain while increasing flexibility and range of motion.

Cupping and Soft Tissue Manipulation is used for:
Braking up scar tissue production
Release trigger points
Decrease muscle tightness
Increase blood flow to promote healing
